cubs are for sellouts. south side, motherfucker!

ummm... i don't think you can be a sellout when your team hasn't won a world series in 98 years. that particular label is reserved for yankee fans. amen.

amen. white sox are for sell outs. cubs are gonna suck this year. gotta love 'em.

they have won more games than any other franchise... aside from the giants, of course, which is just slightly odd.

you can be a sellout when your team is owned by a huge media corporation that shamelessly plays up some stupid "curse" instead of actually trying to, like, win. oh, and is reviled throughout the city for having idiotic yuppie fans.

ps. and i don't even like baseball.

E doesn't read this. He's not a big blog fan. No offense.

Also, not sure you can still root for BoSox... shouldn't you be rooting for a Cali team?

are you suggesting that wrigley field is not, in fact, named after a brand of chewing gum?

reg said...

it's named after a really rich dude who lived in chicago. his name was wrigley. he named both his stadium, and his gum, after himself.

reg said...

actually...it was named in wrigley's honor.
