your roommate??
you know, i was just thinking... i don't think they teach lamaze anymore. i guess it was really only to help the mom-to-be focus through the pain anyways, and the last prego i knew mentioned that they didn't really do that anymore. i'm sure there is some other technique though. like 'soooo hummmm, sheeeva hummmm'.
